Jenny provided me with an appointment at short notice to get my ears dewaxed. I wear hearing aids and this freqently lallows wax to build up. ... read more However on checking them, she determined that one ear had only a small amount of wax which would like come out naturally and that the other ear had an infection. I told Jenny that I had been to the doctors for antibiotics 2 weeks prior to the appointment and that because the pain had gone away, thought that it was a just a wax build up preventing my hearing She explained to me that it hadn't cleared up, showing me on the monitor what was going on in that ear and that I would need to go back to the Doctors and get something possibly more specific. The brief consultation was worth every penny, and I shall be back for a full hearing test as soon as my hearing, such as it is, recovers

Jenny put me at ease, and explained the process. The procedure was very straight forward and not uncomfortable. I can highly recommend Saltburn Hearing. I was informed that they can also do moulds for ear protection and can supply ACS custom moulded plugs. Excellent stuff. Don't forget you're in Saltburn so it's ice cream and chips ahoy!
