Jenny put me at ease, and explained the process. The procedure was very straight forward and not uncomfortable. I can highly recommend Saltburn Hearing. Jenny provided me with an appointment at short notice to get my ears dewaxed. I wear hearing aids and this freqently lallows wax to build up. ... read more However on checking them, she determined that one ear had only a small amount of wax which would like come out naturally and that the other ear had an infection. I told Jenny that I had been to the doctors for antibiotics 2 weeks prior to the appointment and that because the pain had gone away, thought that it was a just a wax build up preventing my hearing She explained to me that it hadn't cleared up, showing me on the monitor what was going on in that ear and that I would need to go back to the Doctors and get something possibly more specific. The brief consultation was worth every penny, and I shall be back for a full hearing test as soon as my hearing, such as it is, recovers
